Attorney Alyssa Marie Monteleon has always been passionate and driven to help others protect the legacy they have spent their lives building. The firm’s mission focuses on a client-centered approach to ensure that all goals, needs and desires are identified and met. Alyssa believes that building relationships based on trust, confidence and mutual respect will help to create an atmosphere that is conducive to achieving the client’s ultimate goals.

Alyssa also has a heart for educating and empowering those around her about the legal complexities of getting older so that they can make informed decisions for themselves. Through building relationships based on trust, confidence, and mutual respect, Alyssa has become be a valuable resource to the community and creates an atmosphere that is conducive to achieving each client’s ultimate goals.

Alyssa received her Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Estate Planning & Elder Law from Western New England Law School. In addition to this, Alyssa received her Master of Science in Counseling from Mercy College. Her graduate internship focused on working with young adults with Asperger Syndrome. Prior to practicing law, Alyssa spent over 11 years working in the disaster restoration and property insurance industries. During this time, she has helped many who are in a crisis pick up the pieces and restore their homes and businesses after experiencing a disaster.
